The christmas time can be a bit hectic. You got all the baking, the christmas parties, the present wrapping and of course the TV marathon of all your favourite christmas films. Speaking of which, I start my first marathon tonight. What is your favourite christmas film? Let me know, I need some inspirations.

So with all that, you want to save time wherever you can, right? I have a very christmasy recipe for you, you can prepare in just a few minutes.
A vegan cinnamon spread with a hint of vanilla. It is sweet, creamy and oh so divine. I love it and I savour it. I know I do not have to, since I just said it is easy to prepare. But it is so good I do not want it to be gone. The butter is so tasty on a warm toast.

The cinnamon butter is also a nice gift idea. Wrap it with a neat bow, add a card with some nice words and give it to your (vegan) friends, neighbour, family, co-worker or, because it is too good, keep it!

(Recipe) Vegan Cinnamon Butter

Ingredients

200 g Butter
80 g Icing Sugar
70 g Agave Nectar
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Note: I used vegan margarine.

Tip
Spice things up and customise the recipe. Try gingerbread spice or pumpkin spice instead of cinnamon. Try maple sirup or honey instead of agave nectar.

Instructions

Beat butter in a bowl until light and fluffy, add all the ingredients and keep mixing. Be careful when you add the icing sugar, do not mix too fast otherwise you will stand in a white sugary cloud.

When everything is combined, fill in your clean jars.

The spread lasts for about half a year.
Makes two jars.
