Denmark is one of my favourite places in Europe. For obvious reasons: lots of good coffee, friendly folk, a modern art scene, street food, experimental and a love for culture. This might be the reason Aarhus, in central Denmark, is this year’s European Capital of Culture. A year full of art, exhibitions, people, try-outs and concerts. I visited the city for a couple of days and, despite the weather, enjoyed the village meets city charme of the region.
